Worth It
Wellness picks worth the sale, and a quick note on traditional masculinity.
We’re bombarded with deals this week, with the temptation to buy special pieces, but also a fair share of the superfluous. Here are a few wellness (or adjacent) products that I think are worth it while discounted.
Flamingo Estate offers the most deliciously fragrant soy candles and other goods crafted from ingredients sourced from the estate and a network of farmers. Heirloom Tomato is my favorite candle scent (earthy and divine), but honestly, you can’t go wrong with almost anything from their site.

This company offers a range of supplements that are free of fillers, but the cold-pressed shilajit tablets are my top choice. Shilajit is a natural, tar-like substance composed of humic and fulvic acid and 84 minerals. It has traditionally been used in Ayurvedic medicine for a wide range of health benefits (multiple studies linked on the website).

“Traditional masculinity isn’t toxic when women & children need to go first. Of the 2,223 passengers on the Titanic, only 706 survived leaving 1,517 dead. Overall, only 20% of the men survived, compared to nearly 75% of the women. The survival rate for Third Class children was similar to that of First Class Men.” - Chris Willamson
I hope this helps you cut through some of the noise. Take care, and happy holidays!
- Briana
