A year ago, I committed to publishing this newsletter every two weeks. My hope was that this passion project — highlighting products, podcasts, and readings that support an optimal, elevated life — would become a valuable, well-edited resource for you.
Thirty newsletters later, I’m grateful you’ve chosen to spend part of your every-other Sunday here.
This began with a small reader pool, so I’m throwing it back to the beginning and sharing the first three posts again below.
To the wonderful moms, including my own, happy Mother’s Day!

1. Natural wine: What to love, sourcing, mitigating pain points, & expert deep dives.
Wine. Au Naturel.
I hope to be a helpful source for your well-edited life, so I think it’s best I keep these newsletters centered around a topic when possible. It felt festive to begin with natural wines. They’re clean and soulful, often produced by small vineyards using regenerative methods informed by the moon cycle. So much to love.
ADDITIONAL READING
This recent article, “How to Read a Wine List” by Sarah Keene of amuse-bouche, is a nice guide, breaking down wine selection by color, grape, region, producer, & vintage.
“Because there are many misconceptions about ordering from a wine list but among the worst is that doing so requires strength and courage. When in reality, ordering wine is actually an act of surrender.”
2. Hiking shoes, clean sunscreens, & electrolytes.
Summer & Sun
While not officially summer yet, Memorial Day and the closing of May always seem like the ceremonial start to the season.
3. An edited list and podcasts on big pharma & effective communication.
Scents & Sensibilities
While this isn’t a themed newsletter – unless the color coordination below gets me a hall pass as a theme – I enjoyed gathering these items, ranging from home goods to good scents.
“My mother had a slender, small body, but a large heart — a heart so large that everybody’s joys found welcome in it, and hospitable accommodation.” — Mark Twain
